The second InstantSurvey Newsletter was launched in June to keep audiences up to date on exciting new features, tips, and possibilities with InstantSurvey. Last month’s upgrades to the Home and Menu pages are just the first round in a series of usability improvements making InstantSurvey even more attractive and easier to use. Other new features include the ability to integrate videos directly into your surveys, and to specifically define open-ended response options (i.e. ensuring e-mail addresses, zip codes, etc. fit the proper format) with the InstantSurvey Script Editor.
InstantSurvey also released a document on the top ten benefits of conducting surveys online. While the term “market research” is often directly followed by the phrases “not enough time” or “too much money”, the introduction and success of online surveys has made it possible to collect valuable feedback regularly, inexpensively and quickly without a team of experts. As Internet penetration increases and software functionality improves, the benefits of taking surveys online continue to rise exponentially.
