GMI hires Michael Brochu as CEO

GMI has appointed Michael A. Brochu as CEO. Mike is an accomplished technology executive who brings over 20 years of senior-level experience and operational excellence to GMI. His work history includes top management, senior executive and directorship positions in emerging growth technology, software and digital entertainment companies, such as Loudeye Corporation, Primus Knowledge Solutions, and Sierra On-Line.
Mike was named Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2000 while he served as CEO and president of Primus Knowledge Solutions. He currently serves on the boards of several firms, including ATG, Emphysis Medical Management, and the advisory board of Voyager Capital, one of GMI’s early institutional investors.

Born and raised in El Paso, TX, Mike loves country music, and is an avid cyclist and skier. He holds a graduate degree in accounting and finance from the University of Texas in El Paso.
